Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company when booking a demo or creating an account), usage data (pages visited, features used), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information). We do not collect or store the contents of AI agent requests or responses processed through the QuilrAI gateway.
How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and improve the QuilrAI platform, communicate about your account, send product updates (with consent), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after termination. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@quilr.ai.
Data Security
QuilrAI is SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis and is logged.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@quilr.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
